RMFMC Diabetes Support Group:

• Meets 1st Tuesday of every month (except December) 5:30pm-6:30pm, front lobby of RMFMC.
• Free Blood Glucose Monitors (when available).
• No registration required.
• The Diabetic Support Group is free and open to the public. Topics and speakers vary from month to month.

Certified Diabetes Educators

Family Medical Center offers free diabetes educational classes to our pre-diabetic and diabetic patients. These morning classes are offered once per month and are scheduled by your provider.
