Diabetes Care

You may talk with your physician and/or physician assistant about your diabetic needs. Family Medical Center nurses are also available to assist you with gloucometer education. Diabetic Educator visits are available by referral from your Family Medical Center physician or physician assistant.

  • Free educational classes offered to all patients and families.
  • Free Accu Check Blood Glucose Monitors offered by Roche Diagnostics.
  • Diabetic Educators will be present.
  • Open to the public.

  • RMFMC Diabetes Support Group - Free to public. Meets 1st Tuesday of every month (except December) 5:30pm-7:00pm, front lobby of RMFMC.
