Important Notice Regarding Cancelled and Rescheduled Appointments As of September 1, 2008 Due to the need for available appointments for all patients, we have begun adhering to our current policy, which requires a minimum of two (2) hours notice for all cancelled and rescheduled appointments. This will allow us to contact patients who are on a waiting list and offer them an opportunity to be seen at the cancelled/rescheduled time. If you are unable to keep your scheduled appointment, please contact our office a minimum of two (2) hours prior to the scheduled time. Failure to contact our office two (2) hours prior to the scheduled time may result in the appointment being charged as a No Show appointment. Patients with three (3) No Show appointments within a twelve (12) month period will be eligible for discharge from Family Medical Center of Rocky Mount.
